We held a small event in the West Kowloon Cultural District in Hong Kong . This activity is aimed at promoting everyone's attention to their own mental health and providing spiritual support to everyone through communication and interaction.
During the event, we made a lot of small notes with words of encouragement and reflection, such as "Let go of yourself", "Move forward", "Allow yourself to do nothing", etc. We invited people on the road to pick a small note they needed and share their inner feelings, so that each other would stop and think about the issue of mental health. In the process, they shared their own experiences of facing stress and anxiety, and the importance of finding peace and stress relief in life.
In such a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, many people are under tremendous pressure. They are busy with overwhelming work and trying to catch up with the pace of time every day. Why does it become such a luxury to stop and take care of their inner feelings?
I believe that every word shared by the participants in the video will resonate strongly with many Hong Kong people. Every smile and every word of thanks are telling us how important it is to stop and listen to our hearts.
After the event, we uploaded the video clips to IG. Many people contacted us after watching the video. In addition to appreciating the positive energy conveyed by the event, the most important thing is that they realized everyone’s concern about mental health issues. Thank you very much, and I hope more people will realize the need for self-care.
“Flowing Notes” is not just a simple action of distributing notes, but a dialogue of the soul. We hope that through the platform, more people will realize the importance of inner feelings and encourage everyone to face their emotions bravely.
